Eligibility for Refunds:

Unopened Bags:
- If your coffee bag is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a refund within 15 days of your purchase.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Opened Bags:
- Due to the nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds on opened coffee bags. If you encounter any issues with the quality of the product, please reach out to us at contact@toastingjoe.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation.
How to Request a Refund:
- Email us at contact@toastingjoe.com with your order number, and indicate whether the coffee bag is unopened.
- We may request photos or further details to verify the product’s condition.
Additional Notes:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to make it right.
